SHIPPING TIME
Orders typically ships within 5-7 business days. However, some items are made on demand, which may extend shipping times. For personalized or bespoke products, production typically takes 2-5 business days before shipping. Please note that this may affect the delivery time for these items.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please email info@artofcore.com as soon as possible, within 2 days of placing the order. Cancellations aren’t guaranteed and cannot be processed once an item has shipped or once production has begun. If you cancel before production starts, you will receive a full refund.
- Returns: As stated in our Return Policy, we do not accept returns for custom-made or tailor-made products unless they arrive damaged or faulty, incorrect order. If eligible, you’ll be asked to send the returned item to our designated shipping warehouse.
- Separate Shipments: To expedite processing, your order may arrive in separate packages. You will receive a shipping notification once all items in your order have shipped. Be aware that some items may have already shipped before the notification, and these items cannot be canceled.
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Refunds cannot be issued for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

- UK to UK: 2-3 business days (lost after 5)
- EU to EU: 5-7 business days (lost after 15)
- US to US: 4-6 business days (lost after 10)
- Australia to Australia: 2-5 business days (lost after 10)
- Australia to New Zealand: 7-10 business days (lost after 20)
- UK/EU to Canada or US: 10-15 business days (lost after 28)
- UK/EU to Rest of the World: 10-15 business days (lost after 28)

Shipping is free, but international duties and taxes may apply based on the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.
