CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
We understand that plans can change. Since all our products are made-to-order, cancellations are only possible before production begins. Production typically starts within 2-5 days, so please let us know as soon as possible at info@artofcore.org. Once production starts, we’re unable to cancel the order, and the full price will apply.
REFUND PROCESS
If your order qualifies for a refund due to cancellation before production, damaged items, or an order mistake, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you’re still waiting for your refund:
- Check with your bank or payment provider for updates.
- Contact your credit card company to confirm processing times.
- Reach out to your bank if the refund hasn’t posted yet.

DAMAGED, FAULTY, OR LOST ITEMS
We take great care to ensure your order arrives just as you expected. However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or doesn’t arrive within 30 days of shipping, please get in touch with us at info@artofcore.org.
We’ll do our best to make it right—whether that’s sending a replacement or issuing a full refund. If the item needs to be returned, we’ll cover your return shipping costs upon receipt of your supporting postage receipt.
SHIPPING RETURNS
If you need to return an item due to damage, a fault, or another issue, please contact us first at info@artofcore.org so we can guide you through the process.
We kindly ask that you send returns back using a tracked mail service for peace of mind. Once we receive the returned product and your receipt, we’ll reimburse your shipping costs.
A few important notes about shipping returns:
- We recommend using standard parcel post.
- We’re unable to cover costs for additional shipping services like priority shipping or delivery confirmation.

- Subject Line: Return - (ORDERNUMBER)
- Body: Please describe the item you want to return and the reason. If the item is defective, attach a photo to help us understand the issue.
